• Swim: Participants start with an ocean swim at Miramar Beach, known for its calm and pristine waters.

• Bike: The bike course features a new and improved 2-lap route, offering picturesque views of Goan landscapes.

• Run: Athletes will conclude their race with a 3-loop run course, where locals line the streets, providing energetic support as participants push toward the finish line.

The race hub is located in Panaji, Goa’s capital, offering a scenic setting along the Mandovi River. Participants and spectators can explore historical sites, tree-lined roads, and indulge in authentic Goan cuisine.
